He's thinking about the Haskell. I hope he goes in there so everyone gets to see what an overhyped horse he still is because Alex would beat him running in hobbles.

Re: Top 10 3 year olds in the world
I disagree with ya. Gotta put the two undefeated classic winners on top. 1. Divine Proportions 1a. Motivator 3. Afleet Alex 4. Shamardal 5. Lost in the Fog--undefeated but not a classic winner 6. Dubawi Euros easily better than their American counterparts.
Thats a joke right?

Yes, they did. And those same horses didn't win much on those tracks..i.e. Giacomo...why? Because they are speed biased.

Declans Moon is nothing special folks. Get him off those speed biased CA tracks and see how he runs.

These are the same owners that turned down 10 mil for him after he won the sanford. Alex will run as a 4 year old, money isn't an issue.

I know this whole group closely and I will lay odds, barring a serious injury, that he runs at 4.

http://msnbc.msn.com/id/8206010/ He will be running as a 4 year old even if they sell him now. GP fleet is a pretty nice grass horse by northern afleet. Ritchey has 2 very very nice fillies by the sire also, Kelseys treasure the highest beyer (106) by a fillie so far this year, and a 2 year old name...

There are only 3 horses now that have won grade 1 stakes at 6f and 1 1/2m, Secretariat, Affirmed and Afleet Alex. I was curious if the last time a tc winner was crowned they had a 20 horse field in the derby? If there had been 15, giacomo and closing argument wouldn't have qualified I don't think. I...

7f lost in the fog would probably win 8f would be close 1m 1/16 on would be all alex. Maybe they will start trying to stretch Lost in the Fog out a bit, I don't think alex will be doing anything less than 1m and a 1/16

I would think that Alex may do very well as a stud better than smarty, only 3 horses have won grade one stakes at both 6f and 1 1/2m Affirmed, Secretariat, and Afleet Alex. He owns 2 stakes records at 6f including the grade 2 sanford and he was clearly the best at 1 1/2 with gas left in the tank als...

Green trainer??? are you kidding me? Ritchey has been around horses since he was 2 he is a better horseman than those top tier trainers will ever hope to be. None of them had to work there way up from waterford park with 2 horses they bought for 600 dollars.

First off AA and the trainer/jockey have already proven themselves. Secondly alex went out twice, he jogged first thing in the am when it was still very cool out and he galloped 3 miles right after the break. Same exact thing he did before the preakness. He didnt work this week and he will be going ...

This is exactly what i'm talking about. It's interesting to me that fans still refuse to accept Alex as the best 3yo and are still hanging on to BR and DM, 2 horses that in my eyes have yet to prove themselves. Lets see DM run outside of CA...and BR didn't run injured in the derby he popped a splint...
