Run In Shed

Shammy, Thank you for posting the link to the building plans. I too, was looking for some plans for building a run in shed and that website has plans for just about everything! Too bad I don't have an unlimited supply of time and money. Lots of neat things to build!

Silver Ghost

I just asked a person that had a filly from his last crop and she said he IS alive and pensioned at a farm in Texas. I couldn't find any news of his death so I'm assuming this is correct.

Looking for Blue Sabre 1995 grey horse by Seine Minstrel

I am looking for a TB named Blue Sabre foaled in 1995 by my late stallion Seine Minstrel. He was sold in 97 at the Ark Breeder's Sale in Little Rock to a man named Garry S McCain. I have lost track and can't seem to find any info on them. He isn't reported dead at the Jockey Club and I thought maybe...

The White Fox

Good point! I agree with you. The Jockey Club is sometimes a little difficult on registering color. I have a jet black colt right now that they want to register as a dk b/brn. He's black and I've been sending in pictures for months on him. I want him registered black which he is!

The White Fox

The colt mentioned previously in this thread named Patchen Fox I looked up at Equine Line and he is registered as a grey/roan 2008 colt by The White Fox x Royal Ring Dancer (dk bay mare) so apparently The White Fox sired another grey in 2008. Our colt is greying out fast and is now a light strawberr...

The White Fox

His dam is a bay sabino with blaze and four whites and a huge belly spot along with some spots along her girth area so no she isn't a grey. The grey had to come through from The White Fox whose dam is a daughter of Hatchet Man (Grey) so I'm assuming that TWF's dam who is white is carrying the grey g...

The White Fox

It's so very sad and I am still so upset about it. I feel like he was one of my own for some reason. He was just awesome when I met him. He played and ran up and down the fenceline following me like a happy puppy as we laughed and encouraged him. He then came out with the handler and stood perfectly...

The White Fox

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of the news today. We have a colt by The White Fox that was born in May. He was born a chestnut but is rapidly turning grey. The White Fox was not only a beautiful, gorgeous animal but had a personality and kindness that I especially loved about him. I am so gla...

White covering grey gene???

I have an interesting topic I think. We bred our bay Sabino mare to The White Fox and got a beautiful chestnut colt with four white stockings. I noticed when he was first born that he had a 'sparkly' appearance and white hairs around his eyes and nostrils. He is now just a little over a month old an...

Alqwani

I just Alqwani home yesterday after driving up to Kentucky and purchasing her. I ran across this old topic here on the forum and since I have two Intidab two year olds here for a client I was interested in finding his dam, Alqwani. The girl still had her there at the farm and she was with a herd of ...

White Colt

Well, we foaled May 20th and our mare that was bred to The White Fox had a beautiful little chestnut colt with four white feet. Oh, how I wanted a pure white one but this colt is very pretty and The White Fox is a wonderful stallion with a great personality and fantastic blood so I'm happy with him....

Thanks so much for posting the update! I'm so glad to hear that she is still doing well. May sure seems a long way off now that Winter is here but I'm sure it will fly by and we will be seeing photos of her with her new baby :-)! Continued good thoughts and prayers for you both.
