I venture to say, in my opinion, that very little money has been spent on lobbying by participants in this forum, for anything. :roll:

I believe about 80 at the end of last session, but can't swear to it. Yes, that's at least 20% short. Who knows now or for the next session. Question was asked and answered, no more or no less. Those licenses are not monopolies. Anybody who wants in can get in. Too bad you rank the product you help to produce behind beer and liquor sales.

Roger, not a snow ball's chance in hell. Same for the other unbuilt tracks. All of these license holders are astute businessmen. They won't play until the playing field is leveled.
