I thought something was funny reading the name Head Heart Hoof in the post parade but was let down during the race call, Iol when I read the bloodhorse recap.

There is a racing stable out of Woodbine, that is called "Hoof Hearted". One of the best I had heard. That and "Un Stable".Both make you smile, and they are hard to forget. Might as well have some fun while racing.

I know when most horses get buried on a farm, it's not entire, but is it the hooves, heart, and head? Or just hooves and head? Obviously this has gotta be a joke. Can't believe it's not meant to be, but still, that might be how it got past the Jockey Club if they thought it was a horse-related reference as opposed to sneaking in "Amanda Huggenkiss."

Hi Folks,

Remember that you have to live with the name you use as Big Jim Hogg discovered.

A couple of names that I'd get a kick out of:
Flying Pheesees
A Slower Horse
A Faster Horse

Last night I spoke with a good friend, Elaine Peck of Rhapsody Farm, who brought to my attention that she had bred Hoof Heart Head (but she didn't name him). I simply hadn't noticed.

Nice job Elaine.
