Once again, Frost was spot on, pegging Primal Force (Awesome Again and Macho Uno), Hasili (Banks Hill and Intercontinental), Sweet Life (Sweet Catomine and Life Is Sweet) and Win Approval (Miesque's Approval and World Approval) as the four mares to have produced two Breeders' Cup winners. A new trivia question is now ready and waiting! http://www.americanclassicpedigrees.com/hoofprints

Barbara correctly identified Criminal Type, the 1990 American Horse of the Year, as the last champion to be campaigned by Calumet Farm prior to the legendary farm's going into bankruptcy in 1991. A new trivia question is now ready and waiting! http://www.americanclassicpedigrees.com/hoofprints

PJ Pluth did a great job of tracking down 20th-century Kentucky Derby winners who won the race in their first outing at 3, but it was Frost who was definitive in naming Morvich, the 1922 winner, as the last horse to accomplish the feat. (No 21st-century runner has done it, and under the current points system, it seems highly unlikely that any horse will in the foreseeable future.) A new trivia question is now ready and waiting! http://www.americanclassicpedigrees.com/hoofprints

Frost struck again with last week's trivia question, identifying 1991 Spinster Stakes (USA-G1) winner Wilderness Song as the first U.S. Grade 1 winner for legendary Canadian racing/breeding operation Sam-Son Farm. A new trivia question is now ready and waiting! http://www.americanclassicpedigrees.com/hoofprints

No one got the answer to last week's question; it was Danehill, who was buried standing up. A new trivia question is now ready and waiting! http://www.americanclassicpedigrees.com/hoofprints
