I knew people around here would be interested <G>.
The horse's owner wasn't overly thrilled with the picture taking - but I had to capture this kid.
This is a weanling colt - full brother to the Iowa champion filly/mare Sharky's Review. He brought ~$14k (can't remember exactly) which is pretty darn pricey for the Iowa sale.
Here is his catalog page:

If I remember correctly, his full sister and full brother (Iams Bound - terrible name) are pretty much solid, I'd love to know where this color came from.

Our gallop boy used to jokingly call my young horse BJ or Billy until one day I asked him why, at which point he was more than happy to explain.
Apparently Wal Mart sells some type of cheap dog food named Bil Jack that is ostensibly made with horse meat.
Dear Adrienne,
Thank you so much for this very interesting watch. I earnestly appreciate it. There is no doubt that Sharpen Up is the culprit. I know because I have dealt with other sabino equines descending from him. The combination of Atan and Rockefella is very powerful. The white horse Clarence Stewart (1977) was also good example descending from Rockefella. Its all Hyperion!
Thanks again.
Best regards and Blessings,
