Does anyone know of a farm that would take a horse for 3-4 weeks to condition it before returning to the track? I have a mare that has been on vacation since mid-summer and her owner is ready to send back to the track but she needs some time under saddle first.
Thanks!

I am 4-5hrs from NYC and I did an online search but couldnt locate anyone. I did contact Foggy Bottom Farm but havent heard back since they are only about an hour from me. If I had the time I would run up to Finger Lakes and check around there but I cant find 2hrs each way in my day. But I am in the midst of finishing up closing up before winter hits later today and packing for the trip down to Timonium for the sale. I have left messages for a couple trainers at Finger Lakes and havent heard back from them yet either and the mares owner is getting antsy to have her moved so she can get back to the track by the 1st of the year.
