Was there ever an e-mail alert service that let you track horses by a particular sire? I thought I recalled seeing one a long time ago, but perhaps my memory is addled (again
).

That's right, it's probably not as informative as the one you use. It's great if you just want to keep track of a number of horses. It will send you a message to warn you of upcoming races (with details) and lets you know when they have worked, their time, and at which track. It's quite handy!

Set your preferences to digest, you'll get one email a day.
Far as I know, you can't do a VS by sire unless you pay for it (I think Equineline's is $0.15 per notice sent -- 1 sire with 5 entries @ $0.15 would be $0.75 for the day). The individual horses are free, though (250 horse limit).

equibase VS ...
Does any one know what the limit is of how many horses you can put on your Equbase VS watch list?
