Looking for Breeding facility to lease
Looking for a breeding facility to lease. Will look at all locations. Minimum three year term 15 stalls +. Should have lots of turnout and good paddocks. Excellent long term tenants. Will have stallions at facility. Will do all repairs and maintenance but not looking for a fixer upper.
Hi George,
Would you be in the least bit interested in buying instead of a lease?
20 stall barn, 125x55 indoor arena, six paddocks, woods with trails and a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath ranch-style home on 40 acres. Located in Lima, Ohio, less than a mile from I-75 and less than three miles from US30. One hour from Dayton, Toledo and Ft. Wayne (Indiana) and about an hour and a half to two hours from Columbus and Cincinnati.
This is the part where I have to tell you that I'm a licensed Realtor in the state of Ohio... so, yes, I'm a licensed Realtor in the state of Ohio
, but this is not my listing, just a farm that I drive by every day and drool over.
Let me know if you're interested and I could find out more for you, or I can e-mail you the Multiple Listing sheet.
