It was down for me today.

It was also down for me on Preakness and KD. I wondered if maintenance or too many hits?

Me too but I haven't tried to get on since 7:30pm. Last two races it didn't crash or whatever til after. This time I couldn't even get on at noon. I wonder if there's some sort of way to deal with it beyond bandwidth expansion. I had to hang out on another board and was kinda bummed I couldn't do the things or talk with the people I usually do.

I was down all day too until after the Belmont. I think its a croc. Somebody is taking our $100 a year and doesn't give a damn about us.

This site crashed on all three triple crown race days. That's pathetic.

Wow I thought I had some sort of computer problem yesterday :? Though I thought it strange that I was able to access other sites.

zinn21 - you are right, I remember that I wasn't able to get on Preakness day either.

when the Triple Crown races are run the traffic becomes heavy, and the computer servers cannot handle the high volume that occurs during this time. The TC races bring back many of the posters that have abandoned this site and no longer continue to post. If the sport of horse racing is dead, All it takes is 1 big horse to bring it back to life.

Maybe PQ is linked to the plumbing at Belmont.

Actually drf had problems yesterday too, Steve Crist couldn't post his blog.

Pick a stallion any stallion say Storm Cat.
Click the reports progeny button and nothing.

Unbelievable! It has the standard message that there is no progeny for Storm Cat, or that it has been added in the last 24 hrs. Who had the time to erase 1,000 plus records?
Actually, I tried half a dozen of well known stallions, and there is no progeny report for any of them.

I thought it happened around either the Derby or the Preakness as well.
