Thank you for telling us, but no one can be surprised. If I were Windfall Farms, I'd make arrangements for an internet bidding site, because no one is going to show up if this sale is ever held.

Could you explain the reason for the delay please? The owner has paid up, the owner has an injunction, the owner ....... something.
