Faux Finish pictures taken by Barbara Livingston!

Postby TrueColours » Sun Jul 20, 2008 7:13 pm

I just love the work that Barbara does! She seems to capture the very heart of the horses she is photographing ...

Faux Finish has been down in the States showing since March 2007, so it was SO nice to get these beautiful pictures that Barbara took of her last week! :)

Numbers 2 / 8 / 11 / 18 are my absolute favorites!

Enjoy! :)

And thanks so much again Barbara ... :)

OMG! She is gorgeous. I had heard of her just through this message board, but I had never seen her. She is absolutely stunning. 8)
It is not just her lovely colour, but she is a specimen without all the bling.

Gorgeous mare and Barbara Livingston does an amazing work. I wish she would come over to Germany to take pitures!

My favourites are 2, 8 and 18!

Thanks for posting the photos. The last one is my favorite.
She seems to know how pretty she is, love the arch in her neck.
Barbara Livingston is just the photographer to capture the moment.

Thanks everyone!

One of these days I am going to have to actually meet her in person rather than just conversing via email ... :)

And on her next jaunt up to Canada, I am really looking forward to having her come to the farm and take pictures of the other horses as well ...

Can a "Coloured TB" book be far behind?!

I saw her on BL's site before I read this post!

Congrats!

She IS a stunner--not just color but health, body lines, attitude, and of course Barbara snaps them in wonderful poses and settings.

Gorgeous mare. I'm so happy for you!

Alas there is no appaloosa Thoroughbred for a cross between this very beautiful filly and such a horse. For a good example please logon to:

01. http://www.qar.ca/
02. Then go to: "Appaloosa colts"
03. Then take a look at:: "QAR Impression colt"

Returning with FAUX FINISH, hope she will become a very productive broodmare. One can only wonder!
Blessings,
