Hmm. Compared to what he accomplished, I'd say they must've had issues with her. I realize $200,000 is a lot for some but for a half-sis to a supposedly sure thing for the TC? Not the most substantial filly I've seen in my life. Doesn't speak well for the view of BB's female line does it? Or am I reading to much into things?

I was struck by this quote in today's Thoroughbred Times Today issue from Dr. Gary Knapp: "I can see why people didn't take a shot on her, but I'm happy to." It made wonder why!

I'm sure she's got some major front-end problems. Her side view didn't look like it was a very well constructed cannon bone, and I'll bet she's got offset knees or something really bad from the front view.
