When I was a kid and my father would pick me up from riding lessons he would always comment "It sure would be nice if you could get a shower before getting in my car!" lol I did have to change my paddock boots for clean shoes and put boots in garbage bag to try to control the horse aroma.....

bathrooms and showers in the barn are great...

The toilets are a big thing for me, as having a bathroom 911 in the barn when its below zero is no fun. (*ahem* I use a stall and I'm not so sure the horses appreciate it).

I forgot to have a industrial sized front load washer and dryer and I need a forklift as well ( that will go in my seperate building for storage!)

I think all horse people have had to use a stall once or twice in their lives.. but ya, on those freezing days,, who wants to drop your pants in the barn. I trot myself down to the house, and take off the snowsuit, boots, jacket etc. It's well worth the effort.

Walmart already has those carhart overalls onsale for like $40.00!
