Has anyone seen foals by Southern Image. Interested in your opinion of how they look.

Thanks, George

Hi George

I just watched a daughter of Southern Image (Southern Fireball) set a new track record at Hollywood park for 4.5 furlongs. She won easily by daylight. Very impressive.

Thanks Bill:
He gives me really high scores and my friend was thinking of sending his mare to him, but heard stories that he toes out. That's why I thought I'd check what his foals might look like.

Hmmmm.

Much thanks, Bill

2YO filly Shakitsugaree is by SI out of a Cornoado's Quest mare, and just won at first asking. She's in my class of 2007 fantasy stable.

Is it preferable to toe in or out?

My gelding made over 75 starts, earning over $200,000, and he toes in and is off-set. He retired sound, well almost sound. Had a tendon that was going, but was retired before any real damage was done. He's totally sound now.

I've seen a lot of horses that toe in working at the track. Not so much toe out.
