Why did the family numbers disappear again? I posted on the above thread on the technical forum (but this isn't exactly what that thread was about).

Any ETA on getting them back?

Thanks.

The lack of family numbers is making me agro!!!

The research I have been doing is now at a standstill.

I have been paying my $10 a month dues for several years now and I sometimes wonder if I am getting my monies worth.

Miles: If you ever see this, just keep in mind there are other options and I may go that route if things don't improve here.

Regards,
Shergar

I did get an email saying that they just did a sire generation update of some sort today and thought that would fix the numbers. I told them that the numbers are still missing and they are looking into it.

I'm with you, Shergar.

I have some rush breeding reports that I'm trying to finish and looking everything up manually is seriously slowing everything down. What I could have done in seconds is now taking me the better part of an hour.

TB Horse Pedigrees seems to have a nice site, except I have to run it in compatability view. I signed up with them once, but they had lots of software glitches. I'm tempted to give them a shot if Query isn't fixed soon.

I have been having a problem with gobbledegook. I printed several PDFs the other day without checking, and they printed out in a bunch of symbols and odd letters. This has happened in the past too. What causes this????? I also feel that Miles doesn't give a crap and is not managing this site even tho he is getting paid. Not a happy camper here.

I don't know about all you thoroughbred people, but let me tell you, when this site was down for several day's recently, I beat my panic button all to smithereen's! :x

It's not quite right, again -

Others noticed THIS problem:

http://www.pedigreequery.com/forum/view ... hp?t=27656

and I tried to create a .pdf pedigree & that function isn't working (it didn't give me ANY of the pedigree at all in the .pdf).

If it helps knowing when it was last working, I can vouch for yesterday afternoon . . . I was working on a family number project.
