I agree this is a stupid side show act, however what company or organization is hiring the divers/horses? Why hasn't PETA stepped in and we all heard about it already? Be cautious of online petitions saying this, that, or the other.. thats all I'm saying.

Not only is this stupid it is incredibly inhumane and should be illegal. Can't imagine it isn't.

That said, agree with Crystal in exercising caution re: online petitions. Between identity thieves, government gathering of enemies data and ironically both fears being used to prevent folks from signing legitimate petitions...MY BEST ADVICE...call and fax and email your concerns to the individuals involved in any act or action you wish to voice your opinion about. Be courteous and reflect intellect and common sense and generally try to impart a concern for negative affect on society. That is how law generally looks at things--it's impact upon society.

They have decided NOT to bring back the diving horse act after public disapproval at the notion.
