Hmmm! It would be hard for me to lose any respect for her - because I never had any. She's not a very good jockey, she is not that great looking and I find her to be ignorant just trying to hold up her side of a conversation. Like most strippers and porn stars, their only talent is taking their clothes off.

lol remember that racy photo she did like a year ago or something when she was on the track with that horse and she "looked" naked but really had like leggings or something on? she left no doubt in this one.

I mean, i'm not going to say I don't respect her. it's her body she can do what she damn well wants with it. You got to play the hand you are dealt in life.

My beef with her is, don't come to me and tell me that you are tired being harassed and you want people to look at you as a rider that happens to be a female instead of a female jockey when you do stunts like this. If you make this decision to do this you also at the same time have to take ownership of the perception you are creating for yourself. You can't have one with out the other.

i don't think you meant it this way but i don't particularly care for your response it's pretty feminist in nature. You make the assumption that because I am a male that i do not see it for what it is and that i am not capable of thinking with my brain when i see a pretty woman.

As a male i find the woman physically attractive yet at the same time understanding the reason why she is doing what she is doing. I kinda take offense to that as males being painted as mindless bloodhounds when it comes to attractive women.

I'm quite sure i have a much different view point on this matter than most based off some of my life experiences but this does not bother me at all. To me I see no difference between a woman who is physically beautiful using her beauty to get more business than I see a young man who uses his famous trainer father to promote his own business or a owner who never really has done anything of any real importance in life who is given vast amount of grade 1 caliber horses and award winning broodmares simply becuase of what family he was born to.

The fact of the matter that everyone is life is given different hands, some hands have better cards than others, but at the end of the day you have to play your hand the best way that you can play it to win the game that is life. Part of me would even go so far to say that I respect her for being honest about what her virtues are and playing toward them rather than over dressing and pretending that guys or people are interested in you becuase you are a "damn good jockey".

I do not find it a coincidence that she has done this when she did it. Business is not looking all that great right now. Last year she had pretty much established herself as a solid 2nd tier rider. was never going to be first call for baffert or o'neil or anything but she would get horses from Abrams and in big races she would find herself on solid 6-8 to 1 shots often enough to win race every other day or so. That in combination with the few big horses she has like game on dude was good enough.

With the emergence of Guttierez and even more so than that the new Flores kid who can seemingly ride a hole in the wind, business is not looking all that good. they are sucking up all her mounts. That kid is the next Joe Talemo IMHO he's already better on turf right now

Anyway my point being that it is quite well or conveniently timed. Especially with Del mar right around the corner, those huge fields, the babies, etc.

lol this is why I pray for a son. I have an 11 year old sister and that's bad enough. she's gotten out of her tom boy stage and is starting to wear girl clothes and i don't like it.



But I do not understand the mind set where if a woman is attractive and she uses her attractiveness to her advantage she has "set women back". A woman can be in fact attractive and use her attractiveness to her advantage yet at the same time be pretty good at her job. I don't think any less (or more) of her as a jockey because she poses semi nude.

My whole deal with her is just understand what comes with the territory. If you pose in playboy nude don't expect guys to think you are a nun. The whole deal with her a few months ago filing the complain and making everyone take sexual harassment classes or whatever because she was being harassed at work while apparently t the same time posing nude in magazines.

I am confused, Bo Derick said that she is strong. Well what does being naked have anything to do with being strong?

And this is for the last post that I did. We have Bo Derick leading the horse into the studio but she doesn't realize that the reins are behind the chin strap of the bridle, making it very very hard to stop the horse if it bolts. Esp if it has a loose ring snaffle. Barely any control without that halter and chain.
And holly cow there were a ton of people there watching esp when she is on the side of the horse with her legs bent and her hand up in the air.

I am just confused on how someone that is as professional as she needs to listen to Bo Derick and get naked??? Can't her athleticism get the job done for her?

The horse was being led/controlled by a lead shank attached to a halter over the bridle. The reins were tied up on purpose. That's the same way horses are outfitted on the pre-race walkover from the barn to the paddock. I'd imagine that's what the horse was used to.

you know what really bothers me about this whole thing? I don't care if she is using her sex appeal to drum up business, to each his own. i don't care that she wants to be seen as a jockey and not an object.

what gets to me is she just got engaged not too long ago to some guy. plastered all over the horse racing sites.

i would love to know his thoughts on his fiancee posing starch ass naked for the world to see. is it any real wonder who runs that household.

i mean, posing in scantly clad clothes is one thing. getting on a horse naked with an engagement ring on your finger.. i guess some men are different than me but i would not stand for it and the fact that i would even ahve to consider standing for my fiancee posing naked in a mag tells me i picked the wrong bride.
