What kills me is the level of detail involved, with all those buildings. I have had a stuffed-full brain being on the buying end of a house and the selling end of a co-op, and those were SINGLE dwellings. (What about the dishwasher, the mudroom roof, the tree stump...etc.) All negotiable items. How long does it take to inspect, discuss, and negotiate on all those potential issues???

Can't start at $5K. It costs $350K up front cashier's check to be a bidder.

That's fine as long as I can have a guest house. I also want free access to the pool and the rest of the facilities. :)
