Interesting Mating (like heck)

Postby Touchy » Sun Apr 07, 2013 8:09 pm

It has just been announced that the eight times group 1 winner, More Joyous will be going to FRANKEL. (The most expensive first season sire in Britain,) to be mated to Southern Hemisphere time.

Just tried the Hypo-mating on Pedigreequery and what comes up?

Frankel (Japan) 1957 over More Joyous (Aus), that would not be a worry, except that both are MARES.

Oh, well the less been said about that the better.

Frankel 2008 is Frankel3 in the db. The entry for Frankel2 had mysteriously been deleted, apparently causing the hypomating function to recognize only the first Frankel entered in the db, the 1957 mare. Have re-entered Frankel2. Seems to be functioning normally now.
