Kentucky Red

Recently it was reported in The Blood Horse trainer Diodoro was sanctioned by California for a bad test re this only given 7 days. How is it this drug is legal in some places and not in others? Speaks to the need of uniform medication rules!

Some jurisdictions allow adjunct bleeding medication, some don't.
