Albarado Assault Conviction Vacated

Jockey Robby Albarado's 2nd assault conviction (against his girlfriend) has been vacated due to overly prejudicial testimony? His first domestic assault charge (against his ex-wife) was plead down to a lesser charge. It will be interesting to see if the Jefferson County Prosecutor opts to retry the case. TJ
