I was happy to see George Washington's only living progeny is a happy, healthy mother for the 2nd time. She had a filly by Nathaniel and she's adorable. I did wonder why the BC nominations site doesn't show anything when you type in the year and dam. It says 'horse not found.' I was looking because I was curious how quickly it updated when a foal is born. I figured I'd see that she wasn't showing a foaling yet (usually there'll be a record showing they've been bred to a stallion or stallions and you just wait to see if a foal shows up), but instead it was as if she hadn't been bred this year. What's up with that? It's not about being in the UK because other countries' records still appear.

Here's her first filly by Galileo, named Beautiful Morning. https://twitter.com/sebastianjweiss/sta ... 52/photo/1

I had actually looked Date With Destiny up recently in the APR and it showed no foals, but I'm not sure if I ever looked at Equineline.

It's nice to see she's alive and doing well. Hopefully her foals will do their ill-fated grandfather proud.
