Evening, all...
Silent Glory is back working, so is Modiste, and Wally is entered at Aqueduct Friday. Maiden Claimer. :? Didn't get consulted about that. Maybe only highest percntage owner does?
Anyway---whatever will be will be. Happy to have all 3 active.

Hi Toccet,
Glad to see they're all back in training. Wally found a tough field but he ran a decent race in his first try, gets a good post and positive rider switch...hope he lights up the tote board:>) Here's the pp's. TJ

Last. Chart doesn't mention it but it looked to me like he found a little trouble at the top of the stretch. No word from Gary yet.

Hi Toccet,
That race didn't make sense, it looked like the 2 horse, Sixbits did cut in front of him turning for home....the rider didn't persevere thereafter, hope all is well. TJ

Yes, chart call missed it, but according to Gary Wally had his "entire ass end" wiped out from under him and he stopped. Don't think he was going to make much of a rally anyway--but we'll never know now!
Soreness expected...vet checking him today.

Hi Toccet,
Gary say where (stifle or hock) or just hind end muscle soreness in general? TJ

He said just what I quoted . . .my impression is it's hind end muscles. Stifle or hock would concern him more, I think.

Sigh. This is the hard part . . . Silent Glory out for six months with a tendon lesion. Will go to farm 6 months for treatment and rehab. They think he got it during a work.
Oh well. A little day-rate-at-Aqueduct relief . . .and they think he'lll return to racing.
Maybe I'll visit . . . would be interesting to see the goings-on at such a farm.

Oh, phooey. Hope Modiste and Wally come through with some better news soon.
