Thanks for spurring my memory Wilf! I thought I knew this horse. She was originally a Hastings horse that I believe was trained by Phil Hall shipped to Winnepeg for a few races and then out to Fort Erie where she was claimed.I now remember my friend rode her in Winnepeg and I believe she had a lot of speed??

hey thanks so much everyone I'm glad someone knows my horse...
I just thought you might like to know why I'm trying to find out about Turbo...
October 2nd 2004 my boss went to a Carsons sale. They bought Turbo and her foal (Tex, a TB/Standerdbred or Holstein) as a project/first horse, to retrain as a horse for myself. I have been working with her since and we have come along quite nicley so far. Because of her kind eye and her amazing spirt, we have bonded and for the most part work together well...
the problem that I have run into is she is afried of the indoor arena, And with me not knowing much about her other than she raced and won a bit, its been hard to understand why she has this fear. Some time down the road I would like to beable to threeday event her and also barrel race her. She has the speed, stamina, and heart needed for both events.
I'm boarding her at J&J Quarter Horses in Guelph Ontario,
I would like to say thanks to you who knew her for you help in finding out more about my horses past. I am very greatful.
