Trainers Suspension

Postby Des » Mon Jun 14, 2021 6:36 pm

I was of the thought that if a trainer received a suspension for a positive test, that trainer would not be able to enter horses and run at any track. Am I correct???? I am somewhat confused about this.

Once the suspension is finalized after hearings have been concluded, and the stewards' ruling has been finalized, usually other jurisdictions respect the suspension.

Anyone find any irony in Bsffert's claim that the small amount of betamethasone in Medina Spirit "could not have changed the outcome of the race" How about the hundreds of cases in the last 20 years or so of "minor overages" that trainers and owners have been punished for? I smell a class action suit if the court lets the Baffler through on this one....
