I read the best article in this past week's Blood Horse about Megahertz. I wasn't really that familiar with her story before that. I knew she was a nice race mare, but is she really only 800 lbs? Has anyone heard how tall she is? That is amazing her giving up all that size and strength and still pouring it on in the stretch like that.
The media really needs to spotlight a horse like that. After I was done reading the article, I was smiling ear to ear. A heart warming story like that could really make us some new, much needed fans.
Go Minihertz!!!

Megahertz sire Pivotal, by Polar Falcon, by Nureyev is a small individual, he looks like a merry-go-round horse.
Pivotal is an underrated stallion and they love the turf. He stands in the Euro arena and is well supported by quality mares.
My friend trainer Ben Cecil tried to buy a Pivotal in the sales and was out bid, the TB went on to great heights.
