I'll add my name to the list of those who would like pics.

Galway Song is a daughter of Irish Tower. Like Justice's baby, she's got a great temperament.

Where did he stand last? I would start there. They would be the people to contact for a picture and any info on his current status.

I did a search and found this pic that was identified as Irish Tower, but the site was foreign so I couldn't read the information. Maybe some of our historians could give an opinion if they think this is the real McCoy.

For what it's worth...

That's definitely not him - Irish Tower was dark bay, and as far as I know never visited Japan, where that photo appears to have been taken.

Perhaps the Irish Tower stood out in the caption because it's the only English name in the subject horse's pedigree? The horse may be out of one of IT's exported daughters.

justice, i don't think 'baby' is quite the proper word for it, considering he's older then your human kid. LOL

Per the Jockey Club records, Irish Tower died in 1995. I was wondering why I couldn't find him in any Stallion Registers beyond 1995, not even as "pensioned". He last stood at Airdrie Stud, in KY. I would think they *might* have a picture of him that they would be willing to share with the board to post on his pedigree.

A belated, Rest In Peace Irish Tower :(

PS. I sent a request to Airdrie Stud for a picture for his pedigree on the board, if they have one. Will see what they say... :)

Thanks for requesting a picture of Irish Tower for the pedigree, BJ. I have a gorgeous black filly out of a beautiful bay Irish Tower daughter, and have long wished to find a picture of him.

Do you have any idea of his height, too? Both the dam of my filly and she herself are quite tall - 16:3 for the dam, and filly is 16:1 and growing like a weed!

I appreciate this,
