Breeder's Cup Pre-Entries

Here are the pre-entries for the 2013 BC races to be run November 1st and 2nd. 192 Pre-entries taken from 172 actual horses. Twenty of these horses were cross entered in two events. Official field entries close Monday, October 28th. One of the best events in this year's BC is the BC Distaff, which will most likely decide the 3YO and the older filly and mare eclipse award's. Very poorly carded by the BC, being the last race on Friday rather then on the premier Saturday program....when many more fans are able to tune in. TJ

Moreno meets speed in Fort Larned, Game on Dude, and Graydar. I think he's in over his head.

Looking forward to the Mile and Distaff.

I don't think the 2-year-old males look any good. The best one isn't even in the race.

Graydar will pass the Classic and run in the BC Dirt Mile. TJ

That's probably a good idea. The Mile looks a lot better with him in it. I still like Goldencents in that, he is one tough horse.

On a sad note, Points Offthebench broke down at SA this morning and was euthanized. Absolutely devastating.

That's too bad...Points Offthebench would have been the likely favorite in the sprint. Moreno was out there during the incident and had to abort his work 1/2 way through. He came back after the track re-opened and worked a strong 5/8ths in 59.20 handily....best of 50 works. Will Take Charge worked the same distance in 59.40 handily....2/50. TJ

Respect Palace Malice for his Belmont Stakes...This year Classic seems to be "messy""..many potential stealths...
Dude or Man ? Flat Out was a different animal btw the last 2 runs..But so good in last yr Gold Cup..Maybe 8 0r 9f his cup of tea..Unlike his gamy brother, Paynter beaten by the Man 4 plus lengths in his father's race recently.
Ron The Greek ? Hard to ignor him..go ask Palace Malice if it can talk..difficult in this overlaying situation..Boy..what should we do ?

Drosselmeyer won 1 year after his Belmont Stakes win..Horse racing is notorious place anyway...go Palace Malice go. How u guy rate my chance ? But if it pays fly..better save my dimes.
