Actually Roke they did a nice job at Charlestown in WV ... it was a major sh*thole and since the track has come in the economic growth has been awesome. They also have pretty decent security that doesn't put up with the rifraff crowd for long.... when ppl found they could go there and have a good time , well the rest is history!! So maybe it could work.... just maybe..
trying to come up with something brillant..... this may take a while. :)

Roke,

You mean you wouldn't feel safe waiting on the platform to take the A train back into the city at 11pm, after hitting a jackpot.
I would hope that Charles Town WV would be a little easier to clean up than the hole that lies between Aqueduct and Belmont.

If I did live long enough to get on an A train, I'd probably have 4 bullets in my head by the time I reached Rockaway Boulevard. LOL!
