The presence or lack of Group/Grade 1 wins is another frightfully short-sighted view of form analysis, you are saying that Banks Hill was a better horse, not that she had the more accomplished career, if it were the latter I'd agree with you.

I could list scores of Group/Grade 1 winners of a lower standard than Dansili.

But, as I've said previously, there's very little in it, and a simple difference of opinion is what makes a horserace!

And now Hasili's full sister Arrive is named 2008 Broodmare of the Year in the UK. She has a G-1 winner by Danehill in Promising Lead and G-3 winner and G-1 placed 3yo filly Visit by another Danzig-line stallion from three foals to race.

Going through her pedigree takes me back to when I was a teenager. I bet a small amount on High Line the day he broke his maiden @ 100/8 odds, it was at Epsom I think. As time went by he was a nice stallion and one day at York Racecourse he became the first sire in history to have 2 Gr 1 winners on the same day, they were Master Willie and Shoot A Line who was the grandam of Thunder Gulch. Of course in the past 20 years Stallions like Danehill and Sunday Silence probably equalled that but I really do not know. Some of you fountains of info will know but I just thought that you guys would like to share that fact with me. Merry Christmas. Wilf.

Well, last year Smart Strike had two Breeders Cup winners on the same day - English Channel in the Turf and Curlin in the Classic. I imagine there are more examples.
