Just looking at the Triple Crown Nominations...

Anyone know anything about this colt?

Iowa State was donated the mare Arctic Belle about a year ago. She's rather old now and has her fair share of foals. We did everything possible, but she was done getting pregnant. She's now a tease mare for collecting the QHs and paint. I just mentioned today to the barn manager that because we've given up breeding her, she would probably have a Kentucky Derby winner <g>

He actually ran yesterday at Gulfstream (and failed to break his maiden) so the chances of this are very small - but I really love the mare and I would like to hope that her final two babies yet to race have much sucess.
