Just to let you know - my horse Love This Red races today in the 5th at Santa Anita.

Well, he was there... you had to be excited.

When I saw him on the lead, with the track conditions, I thought you might be "home". Guess he was just a touch "short" or this race a touch "long". Either way, he certainly didn't embarrass and showed that perhaps fun is yet to come.

Yeah - he spooked and jumped over something in the beginning of the race and then took off, running out of gas at the end. We're running him back for the same tag at six furlongs in two weeks.

He looks like a chestnut with a flaxen mane -- and is really pretty! Maybe next time. Good luck!

Well I'll have to look for him when you run him back....I missed this post/thread until now. Sorry he only tantalized but at least he's shown some desire/ability to get up and go and came home sound. Better luck the next out!
