I am interested in buying some horses to race on the east coast if anybody had any horses for sale.
Looking for horses up to $15,000 that are sound and which have racing conditions.
Horses will be placed with a good trainer who will give them good care of course...

Sound, will be relative. Add young in the equation price will go up. Add still having conditions, good luck for 15K or less. You'll do fine if you just want a cheap claimer. The conditions requirement hust about knocked you for a loop there.
