For various reasons which are too tedious to explain, certain owner/trainer combos consistently turn in huge numbers when it comes to racing win, place and show percentages. I've seen 2% win trainers actually hit at a 20% clip when paired with the right owner. I've also witnessed a big-time 20% trainer scoring at a 50%+ clip when surrounded with the correct people paying the bills. This is information I'd love to have in my past performances but I've never seen any publication offer these.
Any insights? Why do you think this data is omitted?
