Forest Heir racing for $3,000 Claiming- Stakes winning stud

Postby Keith » Wed Mar 09, 2005 12:03 pm

Forest Heir is a stakes winner and full brother to stakes winners Forest Heiress and Wildcat Heir. He is racing at Charles Town on the 9th. He is a son of Forest Wildcat and could possibly be a decent stud prospect for a small time breeder. For $3,000 he has a lot of black type in his family and from the Storm Cat sire line.

Hi Keith, I think he's missing the necessary equipment. I think Mike Slezak checked with the trainer.

I noticed him, too. However, if you look at his race record, there was a gap which indicated he might have been tried at stud before being put back onto the track. If he is gelded, then the experiment failed, since the owner is still New Farm. He would not have bred mares and then gelded him, UNLESS he was not fertile.
