A colt once broke his maiden in the Kentucky Derby, his name was..... Dam I forgot. Who was it? Let me go look.

He not only broke his maiden in the Kentucky Derby, but that was the only win he registered in 14 lifetime starts. The field for that running is generally regarded as one of the worst ever. Brokers Tip didn't fare much better as a stallion, 112 foals, 1 Stakes Winner, but that one SW was the influential Market Wise.
