Congratulations to Coquinerie and racefilly Chitchat Chitchat, who finished second in the Old South Handicap at Louisiana Downs on Saturday!
How did she come out of the race?

Awww thank you so much! We've been "chatting" it up in the Stable Alert forum along with all the other owners who have horses racing. Its been a busy time for us lately! Everyone seems to have one running.
As for "Chitty", she came out of it fine as of yet. She'll have a few more days to make sure nothing pops up and then we'll evaluate her from there. She's a real hard trying girl with a lot of talent. We thought it was a good spot for her and I think we were right. She's such an easy filly to run... so versatile... she loves to leave gate to wire but doesnt mind rating like she did on Saturday.
My other filly Coquinerie is in today at Calder in an optional claimer since there's no real other race that suits her. She's back at a mile, and we're trying to get her use to using that awesome turn of foot she has earlier than she wants to. This filly LOVES 12f on the turf. So it should be interesting where she comes out at the end. At least I know she'll be flying at the end! We tried the same thing last out and she made 3rd which isnt bad for a mile with her, although she has won at a mile in the past. Stakes race for her next out more than likely if she comes out well today. Wish us luck!
By the way, I know our Roguelet and BenB have some races coming up... check out the Stable Alert forum for sure!
