Genuine Risk

Postby Terlingua » Mon Jun 06, 2005 3:00 pm

Does anyone know how tall Genuine Risk is? I put her at about 15' 7 hands or so....or is she really a huge filly, despite the "feminine" look? Thanks all!

I don't understand what 15'7 hands is? Maybe I'm just reading it wrong. Forgive me if this is so.

Count me among the confused.

Looks like 15 feet 7 inches? She wasn't that long, was she :)

Terlingua, hands are measured in Base 5 (0-4).

Hi Green Hills,

I just saw a show tonight about rats on the island of Anguilla that grew to 300lbs!!!

A horse would need to be that big to survive there (15'-7").

Reminds me of a joke:

A Scotsman named Sean visits his friend in Wyoming who takes him to Yellowstone park. While driving through the park the Wyoming native points out the window and says excitedly,

"Sean, look there - at the moose!"

"Moose!?", Sean replies frantically, "If that's yer moose, how big are ye rats!".

Are you meaning 16.3hh (or 5'7")? According to the April 30th article entitled, "The Genuine Article", in the Bloodhorse, Genuine Risk is 16.1 (or 5'5") tall.

Never mind your mind...I sure wouldn't want to try to wrap my legs around something that size...

Thanks for being a good sport Terlingua...
