He was 3/5 faster than both Madcap Escapade and Woke Up Dreamin, which I feel is quite impressive. What more can you ask from a 3yo sprinter than to crush his competition.

Very nice individual. Would like to see him in the BC Sprint up against the older boys and girls.

Lost In The Fog was very impressive (1:09 1/5)...over a Calder surface that could not have been faster (than it was late yesterday afternoon).

The real MONSTER though was Forty One Carats...who set the 6 furlong track record at Calder (some years ago) when he won the Smile in 1:08 4/5. Incredible time...almost beyond belief at Calder !!!

The company that Lost In The Fog defeated yesterday is not even a little bit like what he'll have to deal with if he is supplemented to the BC Sprint.

The thought of it though is very tantalizing...and I certainly wish Lost In The Fog and his connections all the best.

Great races yesterday. And man was it hot down there. But thank god we didnt get hit with the huricane but feeder bans :roll:
