This should be fun. What I love is if things go well, they might reverse shuttle him to the U.S. from Down Under next year. Anybody wanna give some good dish on Starcraft for those of us less familiar with him?

Starcraft

He is a big flashy chestnut horse with a very powerful finish. He has raced in Aus and NZ prior to going north. He raced against our best here in Aus and did really well. Was beaten by a superstar by the name of Reset (by Zabeel) who had 6 runs for 6 wins and is now standing at Darley.

Starcraft went to NZ where he won very well but broke down in a $1m NZ race. He seems to have come back bigger and better than ever.

His owner Paul Makin is a very high profile guy who made a lot of $$$ professional punting in Hong Kong. He likes to take on all-comers with his good horses and isn't afraid to have a good "lick" on them (Aussie for big bet).

I'm not sure how the horse will handle the conditions - but if he does he will be competitive I think.
