Still looking for that elusive first win

Postby emmad » Wed Oct 18, 2006 3:45 pm

Power Cut raced again yesterday. 2nd start back this campaign.

1600m full field of 18 and he prefers coming from behind.
Turning for home the field spread out and he had no where to go.

50m from home a gap opened up and he shot through for second. Couldn't catch the leader though as run out of time. Still pleased with run and will try again lol.
Has shown a marked preferance to the better going though.

Congratulations, hope he gets a better trip next time. Make sure he looks good for that winners circle photo.

Oh he looks good all the time lol but I'm just biased :D

I act as the strapper at the races so he always has a bit of spit and polish lol. Still has improvement in him so looking forward to that win.
Not doing to bad though. Only out of money twice in 6 starts. And both those times where on very heavy tracks which he just didn't like much.
