well after getting T-boned at the start my filly sucked it up and made up the 20 lengths she was behind down the back stretch made a good rally through the lane and ended up 5th in a 9 horse field...figures we drew the 9 post and the 8 horse slamed into us. ....was a great learning experiance for her and she came back good so onward and upward.

Well that sounds great for a first try. I'm sure she learned a lot. Congratulations, I hope it was as big a thrill as you expected.

well she ran a game 3rd on 11/17/06 winner won by 5 loose on the lead unchallenged and my filly lost 2nd by a neck...ate some mud and never shied, ralliedbeat both favorites in the race . theres another race in the condition book .......but the seasons over as far as im concerned got excellent education this year ...is already at the farm for R&R till may.....cant wait to stretch this girl out............she screams ROUTE !

and she goes to the sidelines sound............... :D
