First Bred... First Race... First Winner - Pictures Added

I can't be any happier today as a breeder. The first horse I bred, Carma Moon (Perigee Moon - Bold Carma) had his first race today at Woodbine and won!!

I unfortunately wasn't able to see the race, but I've been told he was well back in the beginning stages of the race, and then came on to win by three lengths!

He had his second start today, a bump up in class, and came in second. He was also claimed.

Adding to this topic again! :lol:

Carma Moon was third in an Ontario Sired Allowance event today. He had a rather rough start, and was checked on the backstretch. It was a mile on the E.P. Taylor turf course.

He's entered again tomorrow. 6.5 furlong allowance on the turf.

That was good news,our L G two year old will be going into the track for training in September, He wont run as a two year old but he will get lots of experience,I would like to do right by him as he is a nice boy,we raced his mother who was a speed ball,one of the reasons he got his barn name DASH :lol:

.I think he will be a nice turf horse too.
His race name is Streak legal.Would like to have him around for a long time he is so sweet.

Just looked Carma Moon up,he is listed as favorite and he has the best jockey at woodbine riding him.We claimed a horse off his trainer last year we still have her,he's a good trainer.Go Go Carma Moon.
