Not sure if this is who you are looking for, but i did find an old web article about a couple that runs an Ocala, Florida thoroughbred farm named Hart Farm. Might give you an information trail to follow. This is what the article said:
"Victory Gallop races for Susie and "Pug" Hart in the nom de course Speriamo Stable. Owners of Hart Farm near Ocala, Fla., and consignors and pinhookers of Thoroughbreds, the couple purchased the colt with the idea of running him. "It's time we enjoyed one ourselves," Susie said. The couple found the colt in the 1996 Keeneland September yearling sale where he was consigned by Eaton Sales, agent for Tall Oaks Farm. The Harts paid $25,000 for Victory Gallop, who was bred in Canada and is eligible for the Canadian Triple Crown, a series that Susie said is a future consideration.
In the near future, look for Victory Gallop and trainer Mary Eppler on the East Coast. The colt may start next in the Nov. 1 Laurel Futurity (gr. III) or the Nov. 30 Remsen Stakes (gr. II) at Aqueduct. The Harts chose Eppler based on her work with stakes winner Traitor. Both colts were sired by Cryptoclearance. "She's done an excellent job with him," Susie said, "and we like stabling in the Maryland area because it's so easy to ship anywhere you want to go."
Although Hart Farm boasts about 145 horses on the property, Victory Gallop is the only runner in the Speriamo Stable name. The name, which means "let's hope" in Latin, came from a boat with the same name owned by Susie's brother.
