disappeared on 6-20-02 - rescue that boarded them is closed - have papers and valid bill of sale - want to know where they are and if they are ok -

want them returned - part of rescue scam - believed to be on east coast either massachusetts or new hampshire - in some kids back yard probably - stallion gelded by rescue and sold

This apparently happened FOUR YEARS AGO. It is very unlikely they will turn up anytime soon.

supposedly this mary terry person knows what she did with them - we got three different answers - one she lost the records (they are actually in her house), she does not know what she did with the horses ( the rescue was a public npo so she has to have records), and then she contacted the people who have them and their phone numbers were changed or they moved - she touted the fact taht they were put someplace so 'that I woudl never find them' and would be 'returned over my dead body' - that is why she got into my e mail and used it - her second 'npo' is closed so she has run two defunct rescues. Yes when this happened I contacted net posse but since the court refuses to hear my complaints ie I don'thave money to hire a lawyer or (25,000) in this case - I would have to have them stolen by a law enforcement authority, registered on ncic and then net posse would step in - and madelyn so what it happened 4 years ago - I bought back one of my own horses a couple of years ago - she was beaten, down in weight about l50 lbs, and has a big gash in her neck but she is ok now - in the court in nh it is all about money and who has the lawyers - their scam was purpertrated by a lawyer changing a court order - I was just too distraught to do anything about it - mary terry just got some real nice horses for free and sold them that is all - she knows she did it that is why she was into my e mail - she just got caught at it also and could end up in jail for about 2-5 years under a federal mail statute - she has had 4 years to return my property but it has disappeared as she sold it and kept the funds - and by the way they brought a horse up from florida and it had to have 42,000 worth of colic surgery at a clinic in nh - so how long does anyone have to have to get a horse to medical attention - 20 minutes - how about a 36 hr ride from olcal florida to rochester nh - sounds lik emoney hiding to me - so it is her call - she can tell me where they are at any time - she even refers to them as 'my horses' or 'susan's horses' so what did she do with them - someone could find out for me as she has blocked her e mail from mine - her e mail if working is [email protected]' - if she has no records she is a scam artist, if she sold them and kept the money then she is a dealer (that is more like it) and then can't run a npo - she and that wonderful husband of hers just got caught and the state watches what they do - only hope that they watch the care of the horses tha she has now - never give up madelyn, never
