This is a long shot but hey....
My parents were divorced around 1978 and my father was a jockey and I believe he raced in charles town west virginia. I think he was from Ohio before then. I remember having some winners circle pics of him when I was young so I thought maybe I could find some info on him through that.
That's all I know of him.
