Seeking Party Jokes' previous owner or info....

This horse was recently purchased by a client of mine with the promise of JC papers to follow. Here is his pedigree http://www.pedigreequery.com/party+jokes . He has no tattoo, which I assume means he never raced but we would really like to know more about his background (he was bought through a local h/j trainer that had him on consignment). If I could just get some more info and a name so I can contact them directly about his past. He's having some training issues and knowing his history could help work them out.
