I don't think the Coggins paper is very reliable, especially if she is plain horse with few white markings. Haulers tend to save those up and use them on multiple horses. I would guess that the mare you have is not Callie McKenzie. Not to be insulting, but you did have a good look under the upper lip for the tattoo, right? Sometimes they have mottled freckling that can disguise the tattoo ink.
