Gas Guzzler

For sometime now I have been trying to find Gas Guzzler.1989 Bay Stallion. I cared for and him up until 1999 when we moved.
The farm owners gave him to a local (Brooksville /Tampa Bay area Fl.) vet. Could be local vet or vet from Tampa Bay Downs. I would love to find him,any ideas /help?
